The next Annual Shareholders Meeting, convened to approve the 2010/11 financial statements, will be held on 14 December 2011.

How can I take part in the Shareholders Meeting?

You must hold at least one OL Groupe share. For shareholders to take part in or be represented at Shareholders Meetings, shares must be recorded in their account at least three days before the date of the Meeting. A certificate proving that shares have been so recorded must be filed with

CM-CIC Securities, c/o CM-CIC Titres, Service Assemblée, 3 allée de l'Etoile, 95014 Cergy Pontoise, France.

Any shareholder may request, via registered letter with return receipt, a voting-by-correspondence form. Such request must be received no later than six days prior to the date of the Shareholders Meeting.

The completed form must be received at the head office of the Company at least three working days prior to the Shareholders Meeting. For the current Shareholders Meetings, no provision has been made for distance voting or for submitting written questions through the Company's web site.

Shareholders voting by correspondence may not participate directly in the Meeting or be represented by proxy.
